What should I bring to my appointment?

A valid photo ID and a qualifying document (e.g., SNAP/EBT card or letter, Medicaid card, SSI statement, WIC benefits, or Veterans Pension letter).

Is there any cost?

Eligible customers receive monthly service with no ongoing bill. A $10 one-time activation may apply. Device options vary—ask in the office.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments help you skip the line and get reminders, but walk-ins are welcome. You can also call or text us for same-day openings.

How long does it take?

Most enrollments take about 20 - 30 minutes once you’re at our desk and have all required documentation.

Can I keep my phone number?

No, you cannot keep your number. Applying will open a new account with a lifeline service provider. We cannot port numbers in.
